You have the right to considerate and respectful care at all times by hospital staff.

You have the right to obtain from the physician, sufficient information concerning diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, in a way you can understand.

You have the right to know, by name, the physician responsible for authorizing and performing procedures or treatment.

You have the right to be informed before any procedure and/or treatment, with an explanation of risks involved, alternatives, the expectations for a successful outcome, and the probable duration of convalescence

You have the right to examine and receive an explanation of the bill .

You have the right to know what hospital rules and regulations apply to patient conduct.

You have the right to be treated  fairly at all times by members of the hospital staff

Your medical records will be treated as confidential unless required by law or release by your/guardian’s authorization.

You have the right to assistance in obtaining consultation with another physician at your request and at own expense.
